My Experiences with San Francisco Supervisors over Fang War

Tom Ammiano threw me out of his office, that's why I didn't support him for mayor.

I had come back in 1999 from Peru (South America) to set up my War Room in finding ways in bringing the Fangs down. I had numerous documents of fraud, canceled checks involving political causes paid for by me and reimbursed by Ted Fang. I had very intimate knowledge into Fang business and possible criminal activities involving HUD loans and bank fraud. Back in 2000 after the re-election of Willie Brown came about, after negotiating with the Fangs failed to get the results that I wanted I had decided to bring them down. At first I had contacted the SF Weekly about it Mr. Maklin and they were very interested in doing the story but at the same time the San Jose Mercury News Pete Carey also had returned my calls with interest. No insult to SF Weekly, I chose the Mercury News to do the story because it was a major daily that had a large readership.
The Hearst Examiner at the time was COWARDS they were sued by the Fangs numerous times and they were scared of the Fang political connections and their style of creating perjured lawsuits.
The Hearst and now CHRONICLE pander to the Fangs as they always did. The Hearsts and Phil Bronstein used me as a way to bring down their nemesis without their help. But the Mercury News was there and covered a story that the San Francisco daily was supposed to.
So Back in 2000 San Francisco voters created district elections, machine operatives were booted and San Francisco came to somewhat more to the people rather than big city business politics. The highest point for the Fang political Independent was 1994/1996 when they got a Triple Crown in winning the public notices, their DA Terrence Halinan and Willie Brown.
After Willie gets in office in 2000 around June/July 2001 Fang public notices bid are being presented to the board and only two supervisors vote against it, Matt Gonzales and Tony Hall.
So when I went to work in Watsonville CA around July 2001 I decided to rat out the Fangs to the board of supervisors. I primarily targeted with the Mercury News article and proof of canceled checks and memos on the Fangs to Newsom, Hall, Gonzales, Peskin, Daly, Ammiano, McGoldrick, Maxwell and Sandoval. I didnt trust Mark Leno or Lee because I knew that they were well connected with the crooked Brown machine.
It turned out that Sophie Maxwell and Newsom was a mistake, Newsom took advantage of one of my letters to create a mayoral career for himself and Maxwell never made anything out of it.
I sent Newsom a letter about my past experiences with the San Francisco Progress. Do you all remember the Progress? I had told him on how they with most private newspaper/media home to home delivery companies used people on GA, (general assistance) for fraud.
When I managed the peninsula deliveries for the Progress back in 1985-1986 I had noticed that the GA (general assistance) people were getting cash from the city and were also being paid under the table in cash for delivering news media. And they are still doing it today with an Oakland based delivery company and a San Jose based Delivery Company.
A few months after my letter to Newsom care for no cash propped up!
During 2001 and 2002 I had my close contacts with some of the city supervisors. At first Tony Hall was supposed to be an ally but somehow he made a deal to approve Fang/Willie Browns 2002 choice into the PUC.
But I had brought the Fangs into scrutiny and under a microscope by a gang of SIX supervisors Vs the machine.
The lines were drawn, these six supervisors knew that their primary enemy wasnt Willie Brown, they finally realized that the Fang media was bad for San Francisco and they had to act to defeat it.
